Architecture Business Development Strategy and Implementation

The Issue

An architect needed support to manage the company’s project pipeline, maximize referrals, and develop regular revenue objectives so that growth is mapped to target goals.

The Strategy

This entrepreneur leveraged LVL-Up's team to provide customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. Working closely with the architect, LVL-Up identified the company’s needs and its short- and long-term goals. LVL-Up and the architect met weekly to continuously:

  1. create sales goals;
  2. analyze targets;
  3. track metrics; and
  4. implement systems and  processes to engage new leads

The Implementation

LVL-Up worked with the architect to build robust customer profiles with sales plans for each client. LVL-Up trained and enabled the architect to leverage the CRM information, build more meaningful customer relationships, and ask for referrals.

After the initial three-month contract ended, the architect engaged LVL-Up in ongoing service and support, which includes business development strategy and weekly CRM status calls with coaching. The architect also entrusted LVL-Up to support the business’s web development and social media marketing needs.
