Alexandra has a passion for helping people and organizations reach their potential by setting goals and crushing them. With her experience managing projects and her consistent support, her clients achieve independence and sustainable success. Making things work best within the environment provided until a change is possible is her mindset at work, at home, and in her community. She has more than eight years of program implementation and management experience and she brings applied knowledge in process development and improvement to the table. Her sharp skills in strategic and effective communication allow her both to reach stakeholders and obtain the full support of the team around her.

Alexandra’s work in many different programs and organizations within the Army and government sector has given her the insight and ability to work with individuals from various backgrounds, within the boundaries of policies and procedures established; but, this has also given her the opportunity to re-write policies and procedures to better fit the organization and mission. Because of her passion for helping people and organizations and her ability to make a positive impact on the community, Alexandra's success has been recognized by local and Army leadership throughout her career.

Having been part of the Army family and coming from a diverse international background has afforded Alexandra the chance to live in and explore different countries and cultures. She speaks two languages fluently, English and German. Alexandra has obtained her bachelor’s degree in Social and Criminal Justice with a minor in Organizational Management and a Master of Public Health with a certificate in Emergency Preparedness.
